For their part, the home projects must fulfill certain sustainability criteria side by side (e.g. compliance with climate protection standards, minimum requirements for land and resource efficiency) without being able to offset against each other.

In addition, project-specific concept offers will be made (e.g. on sufficiency, mobility, settlement ecology, community building). The verification is done via an open-source program and will not trigger any additional costs.

Last but not least, the partner projects are financed by the builders and planners as well as the executors of the home projects (usual approach: 1% of the construction costs).
